When you delete your account, your profile, all drops, transcripts, threads, projects, and mix history are permanently deleted. This happens fully within 30 days, and any remaining backups are purged within 90 days.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google and must be cancelled separately through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings to stop future charges.
If you'd rather keep your account but clear your drop history, open History in the app and tap Wipe all history — this removes all your drops without deleting your account.
If you can't access the app but want your account deleted, email devtee000@gmail.com from the email address on your account and we'll process the request manually.
